Information you choose to send
If you email the studio, your name, email address, message and any files or details you include are received so the enquiry can be reviewed and answered.
Please do not send passwords, complete payment-card details or sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your request.
Technical information
Like most websites, the hosting and security infrastructure may process basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps and security events to deliver and protect the site.
MBcinemaStudio records aggregate daily counts of page views, engaged review reading and clicks to YouTube, Amazon, WEBTOON, Ko-fi, Substack and the business email link. These counters store only the date, page, language, event type, destination category and total. They do not store names, email addresses, IP addresses, visitor identifiers or full referral URLs, and do not use analytics cookies. The reading measure is approximate: at least 30 seconds with the page visible and reaching halfway through the article. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable this measurement. Hosting and security processing is separate from these counters.
YouTube and external content
The Songs page uses a click-to-load YouTube player. The external player is not requested until you choose to play the featured track; after that, YouTube or Google may receive technical information and apply their own privacy terms. Links to YouTube, Amazon, WEBTOON, Goodreads, Ko-fi, Substack and other services take you to independent platforms with their own policies.
Cookies, voting and local settings
The site may use essential browser features required for delivery or security. Third-party embedded content may use its own storage or cookies. MBcinemaStudio does not currently use advertising cookies on the site.
If you vote on a review, a first-party functional cookie stores a random anonymous browser identifier for up to one year. The identifier is stored in the voting database only as a one-way hash and is used to prevent repeat votes while allowing you to change your choice. The vote does not request your name or email address.
Your language choice is saved in local browser storage and a first-party preference cookie for up to one year, so the site can reopen in your chosen language. You can change it using the language button.
Sharing and retention
Enquiry data is not sold. It may be handled by service providers needed to deliver email, hosting or security, or disclosed when legally required. Messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, business records, rights management or legal obligations.
Your choices and contact
You may ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information you sent directly, subject to legitimate record-keeping or legal needs. Use the Contact page and clearly identify the relevant message.
This policy may be revised when site features, advertising, analytics or legal requirements change. The date above will be updated.
